It’s crystal charging time! The point where we take a breath, reaffirm what we call into the New Year, and energize our spirit, intentions, crystals and jewels!
If you created any sort of list, journal entry, or mandala, pull it out. You can use this crystal ritual to infuse your intentions into your crystal pieces. While meditating, we deeply listen to our hearts. We may be guided to refine our intentions and course correct so that we are asking the universe for what our soul truly desires at this time. Pull out the crystals and jewels you want to support you this cycle. A candle, tea, cacao, essential oils, a playlist, photographs should also be included in this ritual. After you hold each crystal in your hand, you may want to create a grid instead of placing them on the windowsill or moonlit spot in your home, so grab a wooden board or plate. Lastly, find a nice place to sit inviting you to slip into a deep meditative state.

Cancer is the archetype of the Mother who nourishes her offspring and nurtures love and growth. After the midwinter celebrations, the giving of gifts, your time and energy, showing up at special events and ceremonies, this Full Moon comes at a time where we can pause to stop and nourish ourselves. In the Full Moon with all her bright energy and promise to return to the light, let’s celebrate this new start of the solar year that the Solstice brought. Enjoy the moonlight, let your crystals and jewels bask in the rays, connect with your heart, listen to your intentions, and align with Mother Gaia.
While performing your Crystal Energizing Ritual, the wise ones tell us to dab (diluted) essential oil to our wrists and neck or diffuse it to honor the Cancer Wolf Moon.
🌲 Pine essential oil is nourishing and maternal while entrenched and filled with sacred reverence for many of North America’s Indigenous nations. (For this ritual, I simply burned a Fir/ Spruce candle:)
We are back in a season of new beginnings, and this makes it easy to create a full moon ritual to release all which does not serve us and reclaim our intentions deep within our hearts.
What did we call into our lives at the Solstice, December’s New Moon, or at the start of the year? The New Year’s vibration is filled with dreams, goals, and desires. Tap into the collective to receive love, energy, and knowledge we need to keep evolving into our highest timeline and greatest version of ourselves.
With your collected crystals, jewels, and ritual items, sit comfortably and form a semicircle with them around you. This may be a good time to meditate. Hold a piece in your hand and close your eyes, listening to your breath, sensing the heart beat of the Earth, vibrating thru your crystal.
Meditate with Mother Gaia. She has a heartbeat and a rhythm; our crystals and jewelry can help us hear and listen to Nature, guiding us into a deep meditative state. Departing from disrespecting the Earth, we want to return to syncing with the forces that change the seasons and move the tides. Our Mother, our souls, and our ancestors are calling us back to live in harmony. The relationship between Gaia and us crystal people is changing, and we are welcoming a new paradigm of balance, inclusiveness, spectrums, diversity, abundance, contentment… and more.
Through our crystal rituals, observation of the Luna cycles, and celebrations aligned with the Wheel of the Year, we are dancing with Mother Earth, each other, and the universe.
I’ve learned the more I practice these rituals with crystals and live as a cyclical being, I have dream like experiences of ancient wisdom, lightcodes that heal me, and feelings of being supported. The love I receive fires my passionate plea for you to join me!
Let’s Create a Full Moon Ritual by Using Crystals for Meditations and to Seal and Energize Our Intentions
💎 One by one, piece by piece. Hold a crystal and speak individual intentions to it to seal that energy and vibration.
💎 Find a good spot, in your home, porch, deck, where the moonlight will hit. I use a chair or a windowsill. You can also use a board for a crystal grid.
💎 Set out your crystals overnight, let them seal your thoughts, wishes, desires, feelings, and be open to their support and love to hold you through both the outside cycle of the moon and inner season of your life. Upon waking up, collect your crystals and keep them close.
If my meditation to sync with Mother Moon sounds familiar, I believe is my mission to amplify the voices who are already doing the work. We are simply joining the collective of people who want to restore balance with nature.
Crystals are gifts from the earth that physically remind me of my intentions to join the community and create a more balanced, fair, and just world for the land, animals, water, and sky.
My intention is to join the chorus with you to create change and growth. Pictured above is my crystal I am infusing with this intention- during this cycle and many moons to come.

If you’re moving thru emotions low vibe feelings this cycle, that is something you can focus on too. In examining frustration, jealousy, anger… you’re able to work through that heaviness and move through it with grace. Work to reframe your thinking. Transmute this energy to neutrality – not all emotions hold positivity, love and light but, they are able to be neutral in your mind. Call on support if you want it!
We are part of an infinite loop of creation, energy, motion, emotion, belief, that is aligned with our thoughts. Trust that and tap into it.
