Let’s gather our crystals then gather together with joy to celebrate the Full Moon, Beltane, and Spring!

I’m playing a part in the change I want to see in the world. With my offerings of crystals, I want to be a part of a larger community who seeks to take our understanding of Earth to the next level.

I send crystals to people who are curious, like minded, teachers, kids, everyone who found Boho Bahia and the crystals are being received, regifted, or in their forever homes. It’s a flow of not just crystals but of ancient wisdom, energy, light, and healing.

Crystals can help the metaphysical be mainstream and support the new Earth paradigm. Until recently, astrology, psychic abilities, astro-travel, wellness, healing, and eco-centric ideas were labeled woo-woo and didn’t hold power in our society.
Fortunately today, woman and non binary folx are less afraid to learn the esoteric, state that they make a living in healing modalities like massage and reiki, guys are showing their feminine side, without fear of being shunned from the community, threatened with violence, or labeled a witch. Tarot and cold plunge are trending alongside the culture’s addiction to Ozempic and Botox.

In this age of youthful beauty, I’d like to be a part of a groundswell of people labeled as other, swirling, gaining strength, arising against the status quo who lead from their hearts, their inner beauty. I want to work with all ages, all nationalities who believe real peace from the current events, polarizing politics, and environmental emergencies, starts from within. We are beginning within our human heart and healing will extend to the heart of humanity. We are remembering to harness the energy of the turning of the Wheel, the changing seasons, the shifting in the skies with planets and stars, the stirring and promise of spring, the power of rebirth.

We are not just taking energy but also we are a conduit creating ritual around these shifts and giving back to the unbroken chain. Crystals guide and amplify our instincts, intuition, and impulses. Crystals, tides, energy, spirit guides, the universe, they all support us as we work to change, birth, heal, re create ourselves, and ripple out into our neighborhoods, communities, landscapes, systems, paradigms, and the collective consciousness.

Full Moon Ritual: Crystal Grid

Join me in pairing crystals and crystal healing along with something else that resonates with you and holds the intention to live in sync with Mother Gaia and her cycles, to dance to her rhythm, turn with her seasons, to be in resonance with her heart beat. It’s a pulse, a flow, that brings joy and contentment. One way we can connect to Mother Gaia and Lady Luna is thru a crystal grid on the eve of the Full Moon. This will energize your crystals and strengthen your intentions you may have set on the New Moon not too long ago. Full Moon evenings are a meaningful time to create gem water or charge your crystal jewels on the windowsill. Creating crystal rituals at lunar phases helps me live more naturally, feeling less linear, and more like a cyclical being.

Let’s feel the vibe and work together during this time of flux and integration to co create a balanced, fair, magical, and ascended new Earth, the kind of place our hearts already yearn for. Let’s create stillness to restore our energy to peace, connect, and together we will make waves to dismantle, alchemize and rise.

New Partnership

There’s a new female founder in town and I support her vision for the community! I recently met Sam, the dreamer behind One Heart Wellness Cooperative. She shared her mission with me: providing holistic practices, products, and services, for the community, by the community. Her energy resonated with me, so on Earth Day we made it official and I joined the Co-Op.

Boho Bahia was there at the inaugural event and I was able to share my passion for crystal healing with like minded folx here in the Upper Valley of VT/ NH.

Looking forward to bringing crystal healing to the community, raising the collective consciousness, and witnessing One Heart Wellness grow, thrive, and shine!

New Moon Spring Equinox

The symbols spring up and surround us- eggs, rabbits, flowers, buds, and new seedlings appear to mark the Spring Equinox, Wheel of the Year, Persephone Rising, Aries Season, Astrological New Year, Blessed Ostara, Easter… Whatever holy day you celebrate, The Spring Equinox is a beautiful reminder that life is ever-changing and filled with endless possibility.

Growth ۞ Rebirth ۞ New Beginnings

The Earth is in balance, stirring, blooming, marching towards the sun. Let’s sing from our hearts, and put our hands in the fertile soil.

For this ritual, I’m suggesting some journaling, planting, and creating a crystal grid you can leave overnight on the night of the New Moon on Tuesday March 21st.

💎Now, close your eyes, take a deep breath, quiet your mind, then choose the crystal(s) that feels right for you for this Lunar cycle.

Crystal Ritual with Journaling

This is a potent time to set new and clear intentions and move forward, reinventing yourself and life.

🌿What are you hoping to plant and nurture this season?

A native ritual is to plant something, and the timing is perfect- under the energy of the New Moon. It may not be time to got plant outdoors but consider bringing ritual into planting something in a pot. Plant your intentions along with the seeds, alongside the energy of the season. Select the seeds, soil, and vessel with hope. Collect some Bay Leaves from your spice drawer. Mindfully punch a hole in the soil, and do as Natives have done for generations. Write down your intentions on each Bay Leaf and place it in the soil, within the inner layers.

Speaking of Natives, another ritual is you can place some of the seeds in your mouth so they can marinate with your true Nature and the intention of what you may not be able to verbalize, promoting synergy and alchemy of your DNA with the seeds to be placed in the soil. If the seed isn’t safe to digest or your uncomfortable with that ritual, spit on the soil upon burying the seed within the soil for good luck and good nature. Amplify your relationship with Mother Gaia. For all our waters and fluids are sacred.

Another ritual idea, like holding your crystals, hold bird seed, speak your New Moon Spring Equinox intentions out loud and into them, then sprinkle the seeds in your yard and feeders and watch the birds fly in and take them away.

✨What are you releasing and letting go of? Write it down and imagine it washing away in the spring showers.

The time has come to reflect on the past and let go of old patterns and habits that no longer serve our grater good.

Grid Out Crystals with Intention

🌀During this season, we honor these energy shifts that Earth and the Universe faithfully turn us towards year after year. For when we stop seeing time as linear, feel time as cyclical, bring ritual into our lives, and honor our relationship with Mother Gaia, we invite our mind, body, soul, and consciousness to sync with more ease, grace, healing, awareness, and love.

Spring has sprung, and in most parts of the world it is time for clearing out the old to make way for the new. There are many ideas about how to do that, but I enjoy coming back to honoring the New Moon phase, selecting crystals and jewels, journaling, and intention setting as a reminder of the cyclical nature of life and of our potential for renewal. The first day of spring, the equinox, and the New Moon always offers a sense of optimism and an acknowledgement that new beginnings are possible regardless of past events.
