I am passionate about sharing healing crystals, how they can shift our consciousness, and help folx reconnect with Mother Gaia, (the Universe, the Environment, the Source, the Great Outdoors, the Divine, G-d, the Creator, the Collective Consciousness, Akashic Records…just catch my vibe and use whatever language resonates with you on a personal level.). I love how crystals, the seasons, the moon, reconnect me with Nature, my inner cycles, my community, and want to share my passion with you. I’m sharing some suggestions but of course evolve your rituals to make them your own and like a holiday, something you honor time and time again.
Moon and her cycles, Nature and her seasons, no matter what hemisphere you reside in, we are touched and united by universal energies. Autumn Equinox invites us to come into alignment as we sync with the turn of the cosmological Wheel of the Year, the seasons, the New Moon, community.
During this time of the Equinox, take the time to explore and discover a deep connection to nature and journey within. Nature is divine and encourages you to change, grow, and learn while on your soul’s path. This seasonal energy, along with energetically tangible gifts of Nature- crystals, the moon phase- the universe is eager to support your personal transformation and see you shine. Within the ebbs and flows of your life, the changing of the seasons provides the backdrop for inner work. The Wheel of the Year is the foundation of spiritual practices, crystal rituals, and lunar time.
The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.

The Equinox is the midway point between the Solstices, a moment of balance between night and day. It is also the Wiccan High Holy Day of Mabon, marking the turn towards shorter days, less sunlight, longer nights, and more darkness. Like the Libra, this is our time of balance, making a conscious effort to embody harmony, harvest, and healing.
Mercury flows into the detail-oriented, self-improving sign of Virgo. This transit gives us another chance to improve on aspects of our lives we’ve already been working on.
Another chance to go deeper into this improvement and trust in the knowledge that when you improve yourself everyone benefits.
As Mercury flows into Virgo the energy accumulated throughout September around reflection, realignment and preparation to move forward narrows down, allowing us to focus our intentions into aligned actions.
Mercury in Virgo encourages us to continue to work on ourselves and take the time to cultivate our magick that will best manifest in our outer worlds for ourselves and others.

The Autumn reminds us of change and letting go of moments, people, and experiences. By naturally shedding our skin we are allowing space for energy that is more in-line with our heart center, soul path, and purpose. Getting clear about our values now, under the energy of the New Moon, will create room for new intentions to take root. This week’s seasonal transition, the Equinox, is a perfect opportunity to create change in our routine, mindset, or path.
Journaling and Crystal Meditation
For this ritual set the stage- maybe bring some harvest inside, create a Mabon altar, light a candle, burn incense, play music or 432 Hz sounds, pull cards, apply a hair or facial mask, make tea, dim the lights, draw a mandala, get cozy, get outside, drum, or dance and sing. Gather your crystals and jewels, a journal, and reflect. Prepare for what lies ahead in your journey this year.
Some journal prompts could be:
What is bringing your vibe down? • What is not aligning with your soul path? • Are you in line with your goals? • Are you surrounding yourself with folx you feel connected to? • What is ready to be released? • Do you need support navigating and working through trauma, mindset, or shadow work?
The Equinox is an opportunity to course correct and check in with yourself.
This ritual brings mental focus back to yourself and your goals for the future. Inner work and crystal meditation awaken the light within you and stimulate your inner knowing. Crystals help you tune out the noise and drop into the rhythm of the universe. Crystals ground our energy centers (chakras) to the heartbeat of Nature and allow us to connect to higher ethereal realms. As we approach the season of the Witch remember, your words are wands, and your thoughts are spells. So, focus on what you want, prepare as if you already have it, and surround yourself with people that can help get you there. Clarify on what needs to shine from within you in this season of your life, in this moment of time.
By harmonizing with the energy of the Equinox you are welcoming your spirit to reach for its potential, your highest timeline, your soul purpose. By doing rituals like crystal meditation and intention setting you are preparing (your heart) for possible signs, conversations, messages, downloads, dreams, out-of-the-blue ideas, and connections. When there is astrological alignment, like there will be on September 22, there’ll be a shower of lightcodes, cosmic energy, and information beaming towards you.
